WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY?

All Nancy Lopez Golf apparel & accessory products have a 120 Day manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This includes any defects as a result of manufacturing or workmanship.  Nancy Lopez Golf will replace any product that is defective or becomes defective during normal use within 120 days after the date of purchase.

Nancy Lopez Golf will warranty its golf equipment, which includes golf clubs & golf bags, for a period of 2 Years from the date of purchase, against any manufacturer’s defects in materials or workmanship.  Nancy Lopez Golf will replace any product that is defective or becomes defective during normal use within 2 years after the date of purchase. With respect to golf clubs, this warranty does not cover paint scratches, cosmetic blemishes or normal wear & tear.  

Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty. If a replacement is not available, Nancy Lopez Golf reserves the right to replace with a current or similar product of equal value.  If a suitable replacement is not available, a credit will be issued.  

You must have proof of purchase in order to make a warranty policy claim for any product purchased on our website.  Please note that any Nancy Lopez Golf item purchased at a retail store or online supplier other than NancyLopezGolf.com must be returned to the retailer where the item was purchased.
